Despite his achievements, Wu Jingui faced criticism from some quarters. Some believed that his involvement in politics had compromised his values and integrity. However, it should be noted that Wu Jingui remained committed to his principles and was willing to put his life on the line for the betterment of society.

Wu Jingui passed away on August 28, 2020, at the age of 74. His legacy continues to inspire people worldwide, as he demonstrated the importance of perseverance, dedication, and the pursuit of truth and justice.
